LimbiqB does not send a bug report from inside the app. Write to us and we will reply by email.
This is help with the app. It is not tax, legal, or accounting advice.
What to include
A short note is enough. Please don’t attach a client list or invoices unless we ask — those records are yours, and we don’t need them to answer most questions.
- What you were doing, and what you expected to happen
- The device, and the iOS, iPadOS, or Android version
- The app version, if you know it
- A screenshot, if it makes the problem obvious
Send a message
The form emails us. If it cannot send, the page will say so — use the email address above instead. We don’t keep a separate database of messages.
Privacy
A message includes the name, email, subject, and text you type. We use it to reply. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
